It began with a CLICK... a journey that will define who I am and who I have yet to become...

Born and raised in Miami, Florida with Greek roots running deep, art was always a big part of my life. Whether it was drawing, designing fashion, acting or sculpture... I loved it all. It wasn't until I picked up a Canon AE’1 35mm camera in college that I realized how much photography would change my life. At the University of Miami, I studied photojournalism, and learned the patience of capturing the perfect moment and the profound impact a fraction of a second can create. I was hooked...practically lived in the dark room... I really miss those days! After graduating with a Bachelors degree in photojournalism and graphic design, I was like many young aspiring artists who say... WHAT NOW? Wedding photography was not on my radar at the time and so I dabbled in Travel photography... selling my work at local festivals. Where one day, through the power of word of mouth a great couple approached me to photograph their wedding. I was able to incorporate my photojournalistic and fine art background, thus finding my true calling and my life’s passion. That special day Ambiance Studio was created, and after 13 years of incredible moments and amazing people, Im now a wife, and a momma of two little ones... creating art through a lens has never been more important to me than it is right now. I have expanded my services to include capturing beautiful and important moments beyond the wedding day and boy do I feel very lucky to be able to provide my clients with one of kind photos of their most cherished memories.
